2b) the kitchen and side room with the laundry facilities have blinds hanging on the windows. 4e) the water temperature registered at 142 degrees F 5a) the outlets throughout the facility are not TR. They had plastic plugs plugged into the outlets which could pose a choking hazard. 5b) The outlet next to the sink is GFCI type, but not also TR.
